* I will require cash or paypal (additional fee applies) in full for all sales
* I live by the golden rule.  I will be honest about what I know about the rabbit ahead of time, but I      
 still recommend you bring your rabbit to Vet for a full exam.  I am not responsible for your                
 Rabbit once it leaves my care.
* I like to support ARBA youth and 4-H children.  I will offer discounts if you can provide proof of        
 your intentions.
* I will take your rabbit back if you have a change of heart, THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO         
  REFUNDS.
* If I will be holding the rabbit for more than 2 weeks I  require a 50% deposit to hold the rabbit.  If     
  I cancel the sale, I will return your money immediately.  If you cancel the sale, the deposit is            
  non-refundable.
* Occasionally A Rabbit's behavior will change and they may grow mean or cranky or may even        
 bite, this is obviously out of my control. Again I would like to state that I will resume ownership of      
 the Rabbit.  (Sometimes stress can be associated with diet/living environment etc).
